Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TokenSearch at tokensearch.fun ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

TokenSearch is a real-time data aggregation, search, and analytics platform for tokens on the Solana blockchain ("the Service"). The Service retrieves and displays publicly available on-chain data and market information from third-party sources including DexScreener, Pump.fun, GMGN.ai, and Helius.

The Service is operated by Bullie Labs ("we", "us", or "our") and is provided solely for informational and research purposes.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform, including but not limited to token data, search results, OG verification, market cap figures, trending indicators, simulation outputs, or any other content, constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Cryptocurrency and token markets are highly speculative and volatile. You acknowledge that all decisions to buy, sell, or hold tokens are made solely at your own risk and based on your own independent research and judgment. Bullie Labs bears no liability whatsoever for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from any decisions you make in connection with data accessed through the Service.

Always conduct your own due diligence (DYOR) before making any financial decision.

4. Data Accuracy and Availability

Token data is sourced from third-party APIs and blockchains. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data presented. Data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. User Accounts and Authentication

You may access certain features of the Service by signing in through a supported third-party authentication provider (Google, X/Twitter, or email one-time password via Privy). By signing in, you agree to the terms of service of the applicable authentication provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We store only the minimum profile information necessary to provide the Service: your provider-assigned identifier, display name, username, email address (if provided by the authentication provider), and avatar URL. We do not store passwords.

Access to the Service is currently limited to approved users during our beta period. Approval is at our sole discretion.

6. Search Data and Service Improvement

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your search queries (including ticker symbols, token contract addresses, and keywords you enter) and the results returned may be logged and used by Bullie Labs to:

• Improve the quality, relevance, and performance of search results
• Identify and fix data quality issues and bugs
• Develop and improve features of the Service
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns and trends

Search data is associated with your account (if signed in) or your session (if anonymous) for the purpose of defect tracking and quality improvement. We do not sell your search data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in bulk without prior written consent
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation
• Distribute, resell, or commercially exploit Service data without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for any user who violates these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bullie Labs and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, trading losses, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of USD $10 or the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service integrates with and links to third-party platforms including DexScreener, Pump.fun, GMGN.ai, Solana blockchain networks, and others. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

11. Intellectual Property

The TokenSearch platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Bullie Labs. Token names, symbols, and associated data are the property of their respective creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bullie Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, existing authenticated users may be asked to review and re-accept the updated Terms upon their next login.
